Contracts Negotiator

We’re looking for a contracts negotiator to join our highly respected legal team. This role is primarily about negotiating contracts but would suit anyone who loves solving problems, making the complex seem simple, and enjoys working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. While contract and technology experience would be helpful, anyone with the right character and attitude can be successful. We will give you the necessary training.


You will be part of brilliant an in-house legal team and will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts. You will work with internal business customers, sales account executives, the global finance team and the procurement organization to manage risk and ensure business needs are reflected accurately in contracts. You will also support the legal team and the wider business covering diverse legal issues arising out of M&A, real estate, litigation, dispute resolution, company secretarial work, privacy and IP protection.

Required Skills

Ideally you will have some contract negotiation experience. In addition, you will be someone who demonstrates the following:
