Litigation Solicitor
A reputable and Lexcel Accredited Law firm situated in Stoke on Trent is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor.
The Litigation Solicitor will manage their own diverse caseload of Civil and Commercial litigation matters, to include:
- Contract Disputes
- Construction Disputes
- Insolvency
- Property Litigation
- Landlord & Tenant Disputes
- Defamation
You will be joining an experienced, tight knit team. This is a great opportunity to advance your career, working on behalf of managed businesses and specialist private paying clients.
The successful Litigation Solicitor’s skills and experience:
- 2+ years’ PQE
- Substantial experience of working of a Litigation department managing your own caseload of Civil & Commercial Litigation files
