Commercial Property Locum, Remote/Maidstone, 3+ PQE. This thriving firm are seeking a Commercial Property Locum to cover a period of permanent recruitment. This role offers predominantly remote working with only occasional office presence required.
JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Locum
PQE REQUIRED: 3 years+ experience
LOCATION: Remote / Maidstone
SALARY: £35.00 - £40.00 per hour (INSIDE IR35)
OVERVIEW:
This role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor able to handle a varied caseload with minimal supervision. You will liaise closely with the team, providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all commercial property matters. The role requires an ASAP start and commitment for at least 3-6 months whilst the firm undergoes some permanent recruitment The appointed Commercial Property Locum will have experience of working in a busy environment and be able to contribute from day one.
