Commercial Property Solicitor

This Legal 500 law firm with an Ocean view is now seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team. They are open to considering applications from NQ's upwards. The department is super busy which is great, but one of the team of 3 is also due to go off on maternity leave, so they really are desperate to recruit! This is a lovely place to work and you will get to undertake a broad mix of commercial property work to include commercial sale and purchases and leases, business acquisitions and disposals and also enfranchisement and lease extensions. You will work with SME's through to large businesses and will have the opportunity to work on matters to upwards of £10million. The firm closes for the Christmas break so no fighting with colleagues to get the time off.
