Real Estate Finance Paralegal

Overview:

Our client, a well-established London based firm ranked in the Legal 500 is looking for a Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join their team.

The Firm:

• A result of successful mergers with multiple firms to expand their expertise.
• The firm deals with a wide variety of clients, with a focus on business owners and high-profile clients including HNW and UHNW individuals.
• The firm advises on complex financial disputes, acting for banks, investors and more, covering all aspects of real estate.

The Role:

• You will be working with lenders and financial institutions, advising on a range of real estate finance and development matters.
• You will be drafting loan and security documents, carrying out property due diligence, title reviews, refinancing and assisting with lease reports and planning agreements as well as dealing with registration formalities at the land registry and companies house.
• You will be advising on all manners of real estate assets which includes residential properties, offices, retail units and development sites.

Requirements:

• LPC graduate.
• Strong academic background.
• At least 12 months’ real estate experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
