Commercial Property Solicitor

Our client is a well-established, highly ranked, multi service firm based in the city. They are looking to bring in a 2-6 PQE commercial property solicitor for their top tier real estate team.

The Firm:

• UK Top 100 firm
• Office located in central London
• Highly regarded in Chambers and the Legal 500 for their Investment and Development experience

The Role:

• Dealing with their own caseload of commercial property matters
• Working directly alongside a team of senior lawyers on quality commercial property matters. The role offers a broad diet of investment, development, acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant.
• Working with minimal supervision in a demanding team environment whilst maintaining the highest of standards

The Candidate:

• Keen eye for detail, great organisational skills
• Minimum of 1-6 years PQE
• Has networking and business development acumen, is a self starter
• Ability to manage a varied caseload in the most efficient manner whilst working in an extremely busy environment
