Fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Fee Earner who is seeking a part time role and the chance to work for a local law firm based in South Manchester.
Ideally you will have gained at least 2 years' experience and have the ability to deal with a mixed clinical negligence caseload as you will be dealing with cases around the £100,000 level in value. Currently the caseload will be low volume, whilst the work continues to steadily grow and this means that the requirement is for someone to ideally work for 3 or 4 days per week. There will however be scope to help the department grow & have an autonomous role which will give you input into the types of cases you would like to deal with and assist with any future growth.
There is plenty of support in place from a Paralegal, however it is expected that you will be working unsupervised so you will need to be competent at running your own caseload. This is a local firm that can offer an extremely friendly practice and can also give you the opportunity to work from home. Salary will likely be in the £30,000's however a bonus / fee share can be agreed to top this up.
