An elite London law firm is looking to recruit a Corporate lawyer with at least 1 year post qualification experience.

You will work as part of a highly collegiate team on a blend of high quality cross border M&A and private equity transactions.

Previous experience working as a corporate lawyer in either England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction will be essential.
