This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious junior lawyer to join a busy respondent Employment team. Rebecca Barry, eNL’s specialist consultant within the London and South East team, is recruiting for a new opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a respected Legal 500 firm. The successful candidate will offer experience in all areas of employment including litigation, advisory and corporate support matters.

THE ROLE:
You will be handling a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters predominantly on behalf of respondent clients. The team has an enviable list of household name clients and is often requested to handle complex and challenging issues. In addition to providing stand-alone employment advice, you will provide advice on the employment-related aspects arising from corporate and property transactions.

THE CANDIDATE:
This established team requires an Employment Solicitor to join their thriving Employment Team. You should be able to demonstrate an excellent academic record and training with a leading city, national or regional firm. You will have completed at least six months employment experience working alongside a team of respected Partners where you have been given autonomy as well as support to develop strong technical skills. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and collegiate team and would suit a hard-working individual eager to be part of a successful and developing practice.
