Experienced residential conveyancer, ideally with 3+PQE, required to join a reputable mid-size practice. You'll handle your own mixed residential caseload, as well as support your fellow residential team.

Description
Responsibilities will include:
- handling residential property matters including standard sales and purchases, but also lease extensions and remortgages
- building long lasting relationships in the local area, to help build a strong network of referrals
- assist the fellow property team when needed
Profile
The successful candidate will have ideally over 3+PQE but pre-qualification experience may be considered, as well as those with less PQE.
