Private Client / Court of Protection Locum

Long established with a fantastic reputation, our client are looking to recruit a locum to compliment their highly regarded private client department.

Commencing immediately the role is offered on an ongoing basis for at least 3 months whilst the firm recruit to the position permanently. With this role pending permanent recruitment the successful locum would be considered for the permanent position on a temporary to permanent basis, should they be interested in a longer term role.

Whilst based within the Private Client department this role has a particular focus on Court of Protection matters and applicants must have experience in:

• Acting as a professional deputy or working on a professional deputy file
• Dealing with clients lacking capacity where a large damages award is involved.

This role is offering flexible working hours and days along with the scope to work part of the week on a remote basis.
