Legal Recruitment Consultant

(Part time and flexi-working considered)

A new, exciting opportunity exists for a bright, energetic individual to join McKenzie Douglas. We help lawyers and other legal professional find new positions in major corporate companies. Based in the heart of the English Lake District, we work with an impressive list of international companies including Dyson, Alstom, Experian, Bupa and BAE placing permanent staff across the UK and abroad.

We are now seeking a new member of our close-knit team to work as a Recruitment Consultant (or Senior Recruitment Consultant). In this role you will develop relationships with new and existing clients and help lawyers find new positions. You will take an influential role in McKenzie Douglas’s business strategy and development.

We are keen to hear from experienced consultants ideally with prior work experience in professional services recruitment. Experience in legal recruitment is not essential. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, bright, tenacious and able to build good relationships quickly.  Prior experience working with FTSE 100 companies would be preferred.
