Your new role

The role will see the successful candidate handle a caseload comprising a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters. You will undertake work related to all aspects of employment law and you will be involved in ensuring that high quality advice is provided to clients. As well as dealing with employment tribunal litigation from cradle to grave, you will also be involved in a number of business development activities, both internal and external.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be an NQ or an employment solicitor with 1 year PQE and a keen interest in employment in the healthcare sector. It is essential that you are self-motivated and commercially minded. The successful candidate will be capable of taking on a varied caseload and will be a quick learner who can work on their own initiative or as part of a wider team.
