Junior Legal Counsel – Corporate/Commercial

This fast growing boutique investment company is looking to hire a bright and driven junior lawyer to join the close knit legal team and cover corporate, general commercial and company secretarial work.  You will keen to take on a broad role, with the confidence to take ownership for developing new processes whilst benefitting from the support of more senior lawyers in the team.

This will suit a junior lawyer with up to 3 years’ pqe and a background in corporate or commercial work.  Candidates currently in-house or those in private practice will equally be considered as will strong newly qualified lawyers keen to make the move in-house.  You will be ready to take on a new challenge in a dynamic business with a flat structure which will offer you considerable scope to progress as the business grows.
