Personal Injury Paralegal / Litigation Executive - A fee earning role has arisen within this established EL/PL team, to handle a caseload of litigated fast track EL/PL matters for a number of key clients of the firm including insurance companies and some very high-profile self-insured corporate clients. The team is looking to attract those who have experience handling fast track casualty EL/PL matters up to £25,000 in value.

Role and responsibilities

• Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
• Reporting to: Team Leader
• Previous Skills: Applicants should have existing experience of handling litigated fast track EL/PL cases of a value up to £25,000. Defendant experience is preferred, but claimant experience will be considered also.

Significant opportunities to progress

The EL/PL team of this established national firm has grown significantly over the past 18 months having won tenders and new clients. As a result, they are embarking on a significant recruitment exercise to grow the numbers in the team and have a number of fee earning roles within the department.

These roles also allow for progression and development and lead to more operational positions such as deputy team leader and team leader positions. The structure of the department is designed to progress people through the ranks and give them opportunities to develop their career further.

Candidates with litigated fast track EL/PL experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Both defendant and claimant candidates will be considered. Also, there wis potential to consider those with small claims litigation experience.
