Client

You will be joining a hugely successful multinational which is experiencing sustained success and continued growth.

Role

This is a brand newly created position due to organic expansion.

You will undertake an extremely broad and varied in-house legal role and be fully immersed within all levels of the organisation from the off.  You will draft and negotiate a rich variety of commercial contracts and advise on a range of wider additional legal issues facing the business.

You will work within a flat non-hierarchical structure and become an integral part of a highly collegiate, supportive and collaborative in-house legal team.

You will be able to perform this role predominantly from home/remotely, with occasional trips to the office on an ad hoc basis.  The organisation has multiple offices across the UK including in London and Weybridge.  A flexible working set-up will be able to be put in place to suit your own needs and personal situation.

You

You will be a qualified Solicitor or other Common Law jurisdiction Lawyer with approximately 3-7 years' PQE.  You will have some prior experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.  No prior experience in or exposure to the healthcare/pharma industry is required for this position.
