Conveyancing Assistant- Bradford

The Firm:

The Role:

-You will be supporting a residential conveyancer offering one on one support with a residential property caseload from inception through to post completion

The caseload is varied and will include:
Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Re-mortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity

-You will be undergoing extensive training to running your own files and qualifying

Requirements:

-Previous experience in assisting with a residential property caseload of both sale and purchase files
-Team player
-Excellent communication skills
