A reputable and busy Family/Care team is seeking a Family/care paralegal – with the view of securing a training contract. This client is only interested in applicants who have at least one year experience in public care proceedings, some advocacy experience along with a desire to specialize in care work upon qualification. Applicant without the above will NOT be considered.
You will be joining an existing and well-regarded family law team that offers a varied and challenging role that will involve assisting Solicitors with their caseload, including preparing and drafting pleadings, statements, documents, and briefs. You will communicate with clients and professionals and be capable of working with little supervision.
Our client is looking for a family/care paralegal with advocacy skills and at least 12 months' experience in this area of law. They are also looking for somebody with a genuine passion to commit to a career in family/care work.
