Education NQ Solicitor - Birmingham

Excellent new opportunity for an NQ Education lawyer to join this leading national law firm in the Midlands.

Our client has a market leading, national reputation for Education law and is recognised as such in the major legal directories.

The firm seeks to appoint an NQ solicitor to join their renowned team. Working on behalf of a range of institutional education sector clients including independent schools, academies, universities and FE colleges, you'll be exposed to an interesting and challenging variety of work, covering operational matters such as safeguarding, pupil and parent issues, SEN issues, Equality Act matters, parental complaints and regulatory advice as well as transactional and project work, supporting cross-departmental teams advising on school collaborations, acquisitions, mergers and international schools.

An excellent opportunity offering genuinely exciting long-term prospects, this role would suit a 2021 qualifier (recently admitted or due to be admitted later in the year) and an interest in specialising in educational law.
