A reputable legal 500 ranked law firm is seeking to add a commercial property solicitor to the team at around the 3 - 4 years' PQE level. This successful and highly experienced commercial property team is looking for an ambitious and technically strong commercial property solicitor who can hit the ground running on a diverse range of transactions.
This commercial property solicitor position will include advising on commercial leases for landlords and tenants and acting in the sale and purchase of commercial property, with and without finance. You will join a team consisting of four other five other fee earners along with four support members.
This position will suit somebody who lives within 30 minutes of the Tamworth area with the ability drive, on-site parking is available. The firm can offer some home working after an initial bedding in period, but they are really after a local candidate who is able to come into the office when required.
The work on offer is extremely good quality and may suit somebody looking to strike a better work life balance by moving away from city centre working.
