Our client is a local, friendly and well-established law firm seeking a commercial property solicitor or legal executive. This long standing law firm with an outstanding reputation, along with a high staff retention rate, is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic commercial property solicitor or legal executive with around 3 years+ experience to join the tight knit team.
You will join a small team comprising of a partner and support staff. Qualification is not important but you must be able to run your own commercial property files from instruction through to completion. As a commercial property solicitor you must be able to deal purchase and sale of properties, re-finance to include bridging finance and Commercial Leases.
The firm offers on-site parking along with a supportive and friendly environment that does reward performance and effort!
