Residential Conveyancer

My client, a well-established, local law firm which specialises in conveyancing are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their successful team. The firm's vision is to build a team of like-minded, experienced professionals, with a friendly and approachable manner, able to deliver an efficient service whilst retaining the 'human touch'.

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be joining a professional but friendly team, picking up an active caseload with which you can hit the ground running. You will be handling queries throughout the process, keeping in regular contact with clients including estate agents, customers and other solicitors. You will be managing your own caseload and dealing with all matters in relation to the buying and selling of properties.

The ideal candidate with a positive, can do attitude will have at least 5 years of experience in a conveyancing position and professional qualifications would be an added advantage. Experience of leasehold, new build and transfer of equity would be desirable.

Salary is upto £35k dependent on experience.
