You will be genuinely interested in this niche area of law. If you have trained in Litigation but wish to explore this an area of law then please do get in touch to discuss. Training can be offered.
Working alongside an experienced Partner who has a wealth of experience and experience you can expect to find a caseload of business insolvency and corporate recovery.
Much of the work comes in from Insolvency practitioners , liquidators, administrators and trustees in bankruptcy,
You should have strong negotiating and organisational skills and you will be open to perform gentle business development.
