Commercial Property Solicitor
Swansea | Up to £55,000 per year
A Senior Commercial Property Solicitor is required to join a leading Legal 500 rated team based in Swansea for a full-time, permanent role.
The Role
The incoming Commercial Property Solicitor will:
- Deal with a range of property matters mainly in relation to development, investment and management work.
- Work with a broad mix of clients ranging from public bodies and charities to private companies, developers and investors.
The firm are widely regarded as having one of the leading commercial property teams in South Wales and are regularly instructed on behalf of an impressive and loyal client base. They are regularly instructed on big ticket high value work across a variety of sectors.
About You
The team is looking for a Senior Solicitor who demonstrates:
- Upwards of 5 years’ experience in dealing with a broad range of real estate matters.
- Experience gained from a city, regional or national practice.
- A good academic record.
- Experience and enthusiasm to get involved in the business development activities of the firm.
Salary
On offer is a great salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a full benefits package.
