The Role:
- You will be responsible for providing technical support to a conveyancing team
- Title checking, raising enquiries and identifying any issues to report
- Checking replies to enquiries and liaising with borrowers
- Interpreting mortgage offers
Requirements:
- At least 12 months' experience in title checking
- Experienced in dealing with dealing with unregistered and lease extensions
- Team player
