Opportunity for an ambitious and motivated commercial litigation solicitor to join a highly reputable Legal 500 firm’s dispute resolution team based in Aberdeen.
Our client is looking for a commercial litigation solicitor to join its leadership team to lead and develop its Aberdeen-based team. This role is suited to you if you have previous leadership experience or are looking to progress into a leadership role.
You will have a widely varied workload, including advising clients on dispute matters, negotiating settlements to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients and representing clients in court hearings and settlement meetings.
In return, you will benefit from a highly competitive remuneration package along with first class career progression and development opportunities. You will also have the opportunity to apply for a blend of office/home working and flexible hours.
As the successful candidate, you will have existing knowledge of dispute resolution matters and Sheriff Court and Court of Session practice and rules, alongside the interpersonal skills needed to build and maintain successful relationships with clients.
