Our client is a multi-award-winning Legal 500 firm which has an exciting opportunity for a corporate solicitor (NQ-2 years) to join its highly regarded corporate team in Glasgow.
As an integral part of this top performing team, you will be advising high calibre clients across a broad range of industry sectors. Your role will involve working on a wide variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, cross border joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.
To be the successful candidate, you will demonstrate a keen interest and enthusiasm for corporate and commercial work, show the interpersonal skills required to offer clients tailored solutions while maintaining commercial awareness, and have strong project management skills to adhere to tight deadlines.
