Salary £55,000 - £60,000

Our client is a multi service, high street firm located in the heart of Luton are currently seeking to recruit a Conveyancing Solicitor to head up their property department on a permanent basis.

The successful Solicitor will be 3+ years PQE with experience of handling a busy and varied conveyancing caseload from inception to completion including the following:

* Sales and purchase

* Re-mortgages

* Transfer of equity

* New build / help to buy

* Shared ownership

* Lease extensions

Experience of managing / supervision a team would be advantageous but not essential.

The role:

You will be assisting and overseeing a team of 2 junior paralegals which you will train up to fee earner level, with the opportunity to build up the property department yourself and bring in new members of the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to further develop and progress in their legal career.

The salary for this opportunity is £55,000 - £60,000 with free parking available and other benefits to follow.
