Construction and Engineering Disputes Lawyer

We are working with a leading global law firm whose Construction, Energy and Infrastructure practice is consistently ranked number 1 globally.

They are looking to add a talented Construction and Engineering Disputes solicitor to their team in Manchester who has 1 to 4 years' PQE

This role will allow you to work on high quality construction and engineering disputes, acting for contractors, project companies, developers, public bodies, funders and insurers.

You will have experience of resolving construction and engineering disputes through adjudication, arbitration, litigation, mediation and other ADR.

The practice acts for over half of the UK's top 50 contractors, a large number of the top contractors worldwide and an impressive range of private and public sector clients. It is therefore an ideal role for an ambitious lawyer wanting to make the next step up in their career.

You will most probably have construction disputes and advisory experience gained with an established private practice firm or large in-house practice.
