Conveyancing Legal Assistant

This forward-thinking law firm are currently looking for a Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join their Residential Property Department in Exeter. Working with this incredible firm will allow you to expand your legal experience and further your career.

Your new role
This is a full time and permanent role; as a Conveyancing Assistant you will provide essential support to fee earners and deal with the daily administration within the Residential Property department. You will be managing files in conjunction with fee earners, including regular contact with Estate Agents, Solicitors, Brokers, and Clients, dealing with correspondence, enquiries, exchanging contracts and completing transactions.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have previous experience in a busy conveyancing work environment; however our client is also keen to hear from bright LPC graduates. You will have strong organisational skills to meet tight deadlines, and the ability to build relationships with clients to delivering an outstanding service. Being able to work well under pressure, relevant IT skills, and communicate effectively are also vital to maintaining the firm's reputation.
