An excellent opportunity for an NQ Restructuring Solicitor to join our industry-leading client in a well-regarded Restructuring team in Glasgow.
As part of the Restructuring team, you will advise clients ranging from banks, funds and insolvency practitioners to company directors and shareholders on all aspects of restructurings and insolvency. You will be involved in high value restructurings at an early stage, providing innovative solutions to your clients to improve returns to stakeholders while minimising risk.
As a suitable candidate, it would be highly desirable if you have had experience in corporate, restructuring or finance at a commercial practice. We are looking for someone who is commercially focused and enthusiastic about business development, to combine these skills to provide strong stakeholder-focussed solutions while remaining commercially aware.
