A Private Practice Law firm in Oxfordshire is seeking a conveyancer to join its Residential Property team.
Ideally you will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2+ years Conveyancing experience handling residential property transactions.
The role will include Residential Sales and Purchases, Re-mortgaging, Leasehold and Freehold Purchases, Enfranchisement and Lease Extensions.
You will be working in a Partner-led team of two others, with full administrative support accessible to you. The firm is CQS accredited.
The role requires the ideal candidate to have a can-do attitude and good commercial awareness for an opportunity to join a great firm.
