A leading player in the North West legal field has a rare opportunity for an experienced Solicitor-Advocate to join their rapidly expanding and highly reputable team based in spacious and modern offices in the heart of Liverpool.
The firm is recognised regionally for their high-quality work and deal with a broad range of civil litigation matters including housing, landlord and tenant matters, financial litigation claims and consumer credit issues. Your role as an In-House Solicitor Advocate will see you working as part of the wider team, conducting advocacy on a day-to-day basis (including court representation for both interim and final hearings) and to provide some drafting services and support to the wider team regarding their caseloads.
You will be a qualified Solicitor, ideally with higher rights of audience, experienced conducting advocacy and confident in the same. Experience of handling your own caseload and dealing with litigated files is essential and you should be confident in attending trials & hearings independently.
The team work out of modern commercial offices in central Liverpool, they are vibrant and supportive, and you'll have all the tools that you need to further your legal career. On offer is a competitive market leading salary which will be in line with your previous experience and PQE.
