Commercial Property Solicitor – Our client, a large and highly accredited Legal 500 Kent firm with a long-standing reputation in the area has asked us to assist them in finding a further Associate Solicitor to join their real estate team.
About the Role
Led by a Chambers recognised individual, the team handle a broad spectrum of commercial property transactions. They are now calling for an experienced individual to specialise in commercial property acquisitions and disposals, leases, licenses, property management work, development agreements and options.
Candidate Requirements
They are seeking a commercially aware Solicitor who can become a vital part of the team and add value to the practice. You will need to have at least 2+years PQE, a solid background in managing a full caseload with minimal supervision and the ability to uphold the firm’s excellent reputation amongst their client base.
