Corporate Solicitor, Birmingham - 2 to 6 PQE

Our client are a leading global law firm who are seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate with c. 2-6PQE to join their team in Birmingham.

The team advise clients on a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets (ECM and DCM), private equity, investment funds, venture capital and corporate governance, supporting them through all stages of their transactions to completion.

To be considered for this role you will need to have the right level of knowledge and experience to be able to hit the ground running within a busy corporate team. We anticipate that the successful candidate will be a mid-level associate with 2 to 6 years' post-qualification experience, ideally qualified in England and Wales or another commonwealth jurisdiction. You will need to have broad corporate experience including private equity and have worked with clients across a variety of sectors.
