Debt Capital Markets Lawyer

International firm looking to recruit a DCM lawyer to join their renowned Capital Markets practice in London.

You will have experience of advising originators and arrangers on cross-border structured finance transactions, including Asset-Backed Securitisation.

You must be comfortable managing documentation process (whether drafting or reviewing), and managing more junior lawyers, as well as being point of contact for client.

Ideally you should be familiar with current regulatory environment, including securitisation regulation, prospectus regulation and listing requirements.
