A top-class Chester based firm is keen to add a Senior Property Litigation lawyer to their busy department for a full-time, permanent role. Due to the team's growth and success in the market, they would like to consider a property litigation specialist who has at least 6 years' PQE.
The Role
The property litigation practice's expertise covers complex advisory work, high-value disputes and all aspects of contentious property, landlord and tenant law across both residential and commercial property.
They work closely with property management companies (both residential and commercial), surveyors, developers, estate agents, large retailers, landlords and tenants, supporting them on a full range of property litigation services.
This is a great role for an ambitious Property Litigation Lawyer who would like to help grow the team and support the existing highly experienced Partner.
Key responsibilities of the Senior Property Litigator will include:
- Managing your own caseload of mixed property litigation work, both commercial and housing/residential.
- The caseload includes commercial cases such as estate management work, possession actions, business lease renewals, injunctions etc.
- The caseload also includes residential cases such as possessions, rent recovery, disrepair etc. for both housing association and other residential landlords.
- Assisting with business development and profile-raising initiatives including networking events.
Salary, Benefits & Progression
Progression is a key attraction of this role, so you may be stuck where you are unable to progress upwards currently.
The Senior Property Litigation Lawyer will be offered £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience, and a wide range of employee benefits including:
