Trusts Litigation lawyer 5+ years’ PQE BERMUDA

Well-regarded law firm based offshore in Bermuda is seeking to recruit a Trusts Litigation lawyer of 5 or more years’ PQE. Lawyers in their Trusts and Estates disputes team advise on and act on all kinds of contentious Trust Litigation and associated matters. They have substantial experience in dealing with multi-jurisdictional matters and conflicts of laws issues. Clients are exclusively high-net-worth and ultra- high-net-worth individuals. In addition to candidates already working offshore, our client will also consider Trusts Litigation candidates from jurisdictions such as the UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa and New Zealand. The wider remuneration package will also include pension, health care (including dental/eye care), bonus structure (based on fees generated), 25 days’ holiday entitlement (increasing with years of service) and promotion prospects for the right individual.
