ASAP Start | 1 Month | £35 - £45 per hour
A leading full-service law firm is seeking a Locum Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to assist them with an influx of instructions. Based in the West Midlands, this is a full-time role lasting for 1 month.
Your New Role
The incoming Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will be responsible for a busy caseload to include:
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
- Re-mortgages.
- Transfer of equity.
- New builds.
- Shared ownership.
- Buy to let.
This is an exciting opportunity to support a long-established firm who pride themselves on their expertise and the service they provide to individual and business clients.
About You
This role is best suited for a Locum Solicitor who is seeking full-time work. In order to be considered, you will need to be:
- IT competent.
- Able to work without secretarial support.
- Available to commence employment ASAP.
Salary
On offer is a competitive hourly rate of £35.00 - £45.00 per hour, dependent on experience. Additionally, the firm offer free onsite parking.
