Key Objective:
As an inspiring leader, a dynamic, engaging, and energetic professional, the VP will own the planning, implementing, and overseeing of our company's operations, services development and delivery. A large aspect of this role is spent on client account management and on pursuing the Go to Market (GTM) strategy.
Specific Duties:
- Planning, implementing, and managing the overall short and long-term strategy
- Manage & develop strong relationships internally and externally at all levels to grow the business
- Collaborate with other internal stakeholders and enable multiple teams to deliver to high standards
- Own budget and act as a subject matter expert (SME) during contract renewals/negotiations
- Drive plans for key accounts
- Collaborate with our automation team to drive process improvements to ensure scalability, accuracy, and data integrity
- Scale operations and remove mundane and manual workload, to ensure the team can focus on value added work
- Continue to develop and implement best practices, key performance indicators and SLA metrics
- Continue to develop 5 direct reports setting SMART goals for them and their respective teams
- Remain up to date with market changes to better target potential clients
- Analyse and report on key drivers impacting top and bottom line performance

Previous Experience Requirements:
- Over 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Previous experience in clients and contracts management (essential)
- Solid knowledge of Research Operations (information services, ESG, compliance support)
- Clear understanding and experience on how automation, integration and scaling can directly impact workload
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact
- Confident working independently and acting as a trusted advisor
