A Senior Associate Solicitor of at least 3 years’ PQE is required to join a highly regarded, tier 1 property litigation team based in Cardiff. The Property Litigation Solicitor will be offered a full-time, permanent position.

Your New Role

The incoming Property Litigator will represent a range of clients including:

• Social housing providers.
• Local authorities.
• PLC developers and housebuilders.
• Third sector organisations.
• Pension funds.
• High street banks.
• Utility companies.
• Landlords.
• Occupiers.

You will advise on a range of issues to include (but not limited to):

• All aspects of tenancy enforcement arising out of nuisance behaviour, criminal activity, or anti-social behaviour.
• Succession.
• Possession.
• Defending disrepair claims.
• Homelessness.
• Allocations.

About You

Applications are invited from Property Litigation Solicitors with upwards of 3 years PQE. You may already be an Associate or perhaps you are on the cusp of promotion. The team are open on the background you might be coming from but what is important is that you have extensive experience managing property litigation and landlord and tenant matters, ideally from a landlord perspective.

In addition to strong technical abilities, you should have some experience of managing/mentoring more junior fee earners.
