We have new instructions from an elite global law firm client to find a debt capital markets lawyer for its capital markets group based in London. Our client's debt capital markets practice is top ranked in the legal directories and works across a premium client base.
The role will involve a broad range of DCM transactions, including investment-grade bonds, high yield bonds, liability management, Eurobonds and EMTN programmes, sovereign issues, and emerging markets issuances.
The ideal candidate for this role will have 3-5 years of PQE gained at a well-regarded capital markets practice in the UK or overseas. Outstanding academics and a stable career record are required.
