North West Plc seeking interim legal support – Full or Part time
Our client seeks experienced lawyers to support their legal team across a variety of project and business legal advice.
Responsibilities
The legal team currently support the business across a broad range of commercial legal advice, some very complex. Work could therefore be scoped to your legal skills and could include any of the following:
- IT and data protection
- Construction and engineering
- Construction and Commercial disputes
- General commercial contracting: T&Cs, consultancy, procurement, supply
We are looking for:
- Qualified solicitor or barrister (UK) with at least 5 years PQE*
- Well regarded law firm or in-house experience, preferably within a similar sector (infrastructure/construction/utilities/engineering environment)
- Significant commercial law experience in some of the above specialist areas
- Self sufficient and able to hit the ground running
- Strong interpersonal, commercial and team skills
- Confident and able to work with senior management
Home working, part-time and flexible working all considered.
My client would prefer to employ on a PAYE basis.
