The Role

The firm is looking for an experienced Compliance Solicitor to join their state-of-the-art office in Manchester, with home working available.

You will be responsible for the management of the firm's regulatory compliance and professional risk. You will have a focus on evaluating the firm's compliance with the SRA handbook as well as regularly reviewing the compliance policies and procedures.

Due to the expansion of the team and increased workloads, the role comes with prospects for career progression and development. There are future management opportunities for the right individual, so a wish to progress to this level is desirable.

Requirements

• You will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE
• You will have experience within Risk and Compliance matters
• Have an entrepreneurial flair
• You should have good technical knowledge and be an organised individual
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships
• You will enjoy working in a challenging, fast-moving and professional environment
