Description
As a Commercial Paralegal no one day will be the same! You will be supporting an established, busy in-house legal team primarily focusing on commercial contracts, although there is the opportunity to pick up on other project areas.
You must have experience in drafting commercial contracts and a great working knowledge of contract law. Other responsibilities will include supporting on general legal issues and providing advice to the wider organisation.
Profile
The successful Commercial Paralegal will have great communication and organisation skills and will have proven experience in working closely with business stakeholders. You must also have experience in drafting and advising on commercial contacts.
