THE ROLE:
A new position has arisen for an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a growing and expanding practice within their litigation team. The appointed Civil Litigation Solicitor will be running their own caseload of civil litigation matters including claimant personal injury and clinical negligence, contentious probate, contractual disputes and property litigation.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 2 years’ experience in handling your own varied caseload of civil litigation matters and possess the ability to work well under pressure. Offering an outstanding level of service to clients, the role will require you to have proven technical expertise in covering all aspects of civil litigation matters including property-related disputes, landlord and tenant, contract and neighbour disputes and personal injury files.
