The Role
This is a kickstarter role, in order to qualify you must be aged 18-24 and claiming for Universal Credit.

We are looking for Resourcers to join our expanding team for our vibrant office based in No.1 Spinningfields. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate who has experience within a sales, customer service or call handling role. The role would suit an ambitious, hard-working individual with a natural commercial flair. You will also be a team player and fit well with our company culture and values.
All our Resourcers will be placed on a thorough training programme to equip you with the tools and knowledge needed.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting consultants to proactively identify suitable candidates through the recruitment database, job boards and social media
  • Working alongside consultants in maintaining consistent contact with candidates and clients
  • Answering calls and completing database projects
  • Monitoring and responding to candidate applications - both via telephone and email
  • Assisting consultants in sending CVs and arranging candidate interviews
  • Managing and maintaining the recruitment database through a variety of cleansing projects including updating client, candidate and contact records; updating client terms of business and diarising reviews for terms of business; assisting in desk attribute and tag file projects and ensuring quality assurance compliance
  • Helping recruitment teams maintain a consistent online presence through advertising
  • Working to targets and objectives and delivering successful results for the recruitment teams
  • Developing an understanding of market rates, trends and conditions within the legal sector
