My client based in Oswestry, Shropshire is now looking for an experienced conveyancing assistant to join their residential property department.
Within this conveyancing assistant role, you will provide support to the fee earners where your key duties will include, but will not be limited to dealing with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors at every stage of a property transaction. You will also be responsible for exchange, completion and post completion related correspondence, along with undertaking necessary searches.
To be considered for this conveyancing assistant role based in Oswestry, you must have previous experience working within conveyancing, have a good understanding of the conveyancing process, as well as being able to work in a team.
