Corporate Real Estate Associate

We are working with a leading US law firm who’re looking for a junior associate to join their well-established Real Estate team. They’re looking for candidates who have top level and thorough experience in the real estate group at a peer firm.
 

• Candidates must have excellent academics (minimum 2.1 or equivalent) and ideally be working at a top law firm (UK and/or US) – preferably for heavyweight opportunity fund/REPE/institutional clients.
• Exposure to; (i) RE joint ventures and (ii) acquisitions/sales of RE SPVs is helpful as well as reasonable knowledge of RE finance. 
• Experience dealing with US clients would be a plus as would interest and some experience in working on both UK and European deals (other languages helpful, but not a must). 
• They welcome candidates who have an entrepreneurial approach and who are ambitious self-starters.
