A Legal 500 firm with 5 sites, including an office in London, is seeking a company commercial solicitor for a 6-month fixed term contract to join the Hertford office.
You will ideally have experience covering the full range of matters, including mergers, acquisitions, management buy-out and buy-ins, commercial contracts, joint ventures, reorganisations and shareholders agreements.
It would be advantageous if you had 2 years or more PQE, but experienced NQ solicitors would also be considered for this company commercial solicitor role. The firm can offer a market rate salary and would expect the successful lawyer to be able to work with minimal supervision from the outset.
